Boilerplate

Short (~25 words)

HeyCheero is a work journal that writes itself. You talk through your day in short check-ins; it turns months of conversations into weekly recaps and review-ready documents.

Medium (~50 words)

HeyCheero is a work journal you never write in, built for people juggling several projects at once. Instead of filling out forms or keeping notes, you talk through your day in short check-ins. It works like a companion that remembers everything, turning months of conversations into weekly recaps and a review-ready document.

Long (~80 words)

Knowledge workers juggle several projects at once, and by review season most of what they accomplished has been forgotten or scattered across calendars, Slack messages, and unreliable memory. HeyCheero is a work journal that writes itself. You talk through your day in short check-ins; it works like a companion that remembers everything and notices patterns you'd otherwise miss. Each week it writes you a recap. When review season arrives, it generates a document of your achievements from conversations you'd have forgotten having.

The story

Performance review season turns into archaeology for most knowledge workers. They scroll through calendars and Slack threads, trying to reconstruct six months of work from memory. Every note-taking app and journal on the market asks people to build and maintain their own structure, which is exactly the effort that got abandoned the first time. HeyCheero removes that step: you talk, it remembers, and weekly recaps and a review-ready document build themselves in the background.

Quotes

I kept losing track of my own work. Six months in, I'd be staring at a blank self-review with no idea where to start. I built HeyCheero to fix that for myself first.
Pawel Bacza, Founder, HeyCheero
Every tool I tried asked me to keep it up myself: structure, tags, discipline. The moment life got busy, I'd stop. Talking is different. It's the one habit that doesn't need willpower.
Pawel Bacza, Founder, HeyCheero
The document you get at review time isn't a recap you have to write. It's already there, built from conversations you'd forgotten you'd even had.
