Why it exists

Keeping a running record of your wins, decisions, and progress is easy to intend and easy to let slide once the day-to-day takes over. HeyCheero talks with you like a colleague, captures what matters as you go, and turns it into a clear record you can draw on whenever you need it: self-assessments, performance reviews, a vault of stories for interview prep, or just remembering what you got done last quarter.

Who's behind it

HeyCheero is built and operated by Pawel Bacza, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. It started as a personal tool to solve a problem I kept running into myself, and is now available for anyone who wants the same thing.
